Sky Sports commentator blown away by West Brom midfielder John Swift v Burnley
Sky Sports commentator Andy Hinchcliffe was blown away by the delivery from John Swift to Darnell Furlong for West Brom in their opening goal against Burnley on 20 January.
West Brom took an emphatic early lead against Burnley, something which no fan at Turf Moor saw coming in the Friday night Championship clash.
Hinchcliffe was wowed not by the goal from Furlong but rather by the delivery from Swift, one he described as “a peach” of a corner.
“A peach of a delivery,” exclaimed Hinchcliffe live on Sky Sports. (20 January, 20.07 PM)
“The pass is on the ball, you just have to redirect it.”

Fierce start.
The Albion made this top-tier Burnley side look nervous from the outset and could have had a handful of goals in the first 45 minutes of play.
Swift was a standout performer for the Baggies and his pin-point accurate assist for Furlong was delightful, to say the least.
Carlos Corberan has gotten this West Brom team playing some calm, calculated and fantastic football and if they can get three points at Turf Moor this evening, they’ll send shockwaves through the league.
Vincent Kompany will likely have some tricks up his sleeve to combat the Baggies’ relentless pace at halftime, but as things stand it’s looking pretty rosy for the Albion.
Mature and classy performances like this have taken some getting used to after the farce Steve Bruce left the club in and it just makes you think where the team would be had he been sacked earlier.
The West Brom hierarchy hasn’t got a lot right in recent years but appointing Corberan is something they deserve some kudos for.
In other West Brom news, Albion are trying to sign this Brighton player on loan.
