West Brom: Carlos Corberan shares fresh team news ahead of clash v Watford

Carlos Corberan has shared that there are no fresh injuries in the West Brom squad ahead of Monday’s Championship clash v Watford.

This likely means that January signing Nathaniel Chalobah is fit and firing after the maestro limped off against Blackburn Rovers.

Corberan and West Brom face former Baggies boss Slaven Bilic with only two points separating the pair in the Championship table.

“West Brom Carlos Corberan reports no fresh injury worries for Monday’s trip to Watford,” said journalist Rob Gurney on Twitter. (18 February, 9:18 AM)

“Looking forward to going up against Slaven Bilic. Respects what he did in achieving promotion.”

West Brom

Sticky.

West Brom and Corberan are going through their first sticky patch of form since the Spaniard took over the reigns from Steve Bruce.

Whether this is due to the speculation linking Corberan with a move away to Leeds United or not is up for debate but it does seem to have unsettled things at The Hawthorns.

The Baggies face a side in Watford who are struggling even more to find some form and they have been winless in their last five outings.

A win at Vicarage Road would leapfrog the Albion over the Hornets and put Corberan and his men one step closer to achieving their playoff dreams.

Losing against Watford would however only make tensions rise at West Brom and could leave fans questioning whether the club have any real chance of Premier League promotion.

It’s been a testing few weeks for Corberan and co but hopefully, they can get things back on track on Monday evening.

In other West Brom news, a talkSPORT pundit has branded the situation at the Hawthorns tragic.
