Liam Ridgewell sends ‘make or break’ message ahead of West Brom clash v Hull
Former Baggies defender Liam Ridgewell sent a “make or break” message ahead of the West Brom clash against Hull City on Friday 3 March.
Ridgewell also played for Hull City in 2019 but spent a decent part of his career at The Hawthorns making 76 appearances for the Albion between 2012 and 2014.
The defender took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the Friday night clash under the lights, one which he believes is massive for both clubs involved.
“Two of my former clubs going head to head today West Brom and Hull City Friday night football under the lights,” said Ridgewell on Twitter. (3 March, 2:57 PM)
“Make or break the weekend.”

Back on track.
The Albion faithful will be hoping for some more Friday night joy tonight as the Baggies travel to Hull for another pre-weekend Championship fixture.
Carlos Corberan’s side put out an excellent display against high-flying Middlesbrough last time around and a performance like this will be needed yet again.
It’s a big ask for West Brom to get a promotion to the Premier League with numerous teams in and around the Baggies on the hunt for a playoff spot.
Nevertheless, the club are in a far less perilous position than they were when Steve Bruce left and the fact they are even attempting a playoff push has to be commended.
Daryl Dike will be looked upon to grab some goals tonight, his double over Boro should provide him with enough confidence to lead the line again in Brandon Thomas-Asante’s absence.
Whatever the case may be, Championship clashes on a Friday night always tend to be enjoyable, with luck, West Brom will be bringing three points back with them to The Hawthorns.
In other West Brom news, the fans are demanding a meeting with the owner as questions about a £5m loan refuse to go away.
