Dara O’Shea spotted buying classic West Brom shirt in Birmingham
West Brom defender Dara O’Shea was spotted buying a classic Albion shirt in Birmingham on Thursday [9 March].
The 24-year-old has proven a pivotal figure for the Baggies this season, playing every one of the club’s 35 Championship games this season.
And the defender was spotted shopping in the town purchasing a classic Albion jersey from 1993.
In a tweet posted by Classic shirts on Twitter [9 March], they tweeted: “
“Was great to see Dara O’Shea drop by and get his hands on the 1993 West Brom home shirt.”
Club icon
There’s no denying O’Shea’s popularity and importance within the West Brom camp this season, and the 24-year-old may well have endeared himself even further to the Baggies faithful after being spotted buying one of their classic shirts.
The defender has been a hugely important figure for the club since his emergence from the academy setup and is well on his way to becoming a club icon after his latest antics.

Who knows, the defender may well attract some transfer interest after his recent performances in the summer, especially if the club don’t secure their return to the Premier League next season and this image could well point to him committing his immediate and long-term future to the club.
The Albion fans and Carlos Corberan will certainly be praying that is indeed the case.
In other West Brom news, a fellow defender may never feature for the club again after what happened and may even leave for free.
