West Brom defender Kyle Bartley likely to return to action imminently – Injury Expert
We’re delighted to welcome injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the injury situation at West Brom...
West Brom defender Kyle Bartley appears close to making his return to the first team after being ruled out with injury, claims Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert has stated that if the 31-year-old is responding well to his recent games with the reserves then he should not be too far away from his return.
The Englishman has not featured for the Baggies in 2023 having been ruled with a troublesome quad injury.

He looked to be closing in on his return in February but Corberan claimed that he suffered a further setback which ruled him out until after the international break.
Speaking exclusively with West Brom News about Bartley’s condition, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said, “He has been playing training matches so as long as he’s responding well to the game, his return to the first team could be imminent.“
Bartley looks to be regaining his match fitness by playing for the under-21s and it remains to be seen if he’s ready to feature for the first team.

Corberan has a number of injury concerns and could look to the 31-year-old to provide experience and leadership in the dressing room.
Whether or not he’s deemed fit enough to start v Millwall, remains to be seen.
In other West Brom news, a defender may never feature for the club again after what happened and may even leave for free.
