Alex Palmer and Jayson Molumby to start in three changes – West Brom predicted XI v Stoke City
West Brom could welcome back goalkeeper Alex Palmer for their Championship clash with Stoke City on Saturday (15 April).
Palmer has has made a return to full training following a injury layoff of almost three months, and could be thrown straight back into the starting XI this weekend away to the Potters.
An ankle injury has forced the shot-stopper to miss several matches, with both David Button and Josh Griffiths filling the gap left by Palmer since January’s 2-1 loss to Burnley.

There could also be a return to Carlos Corberan’s starting XI for midfielder Jayson Molumby and striker Daryl Dike, with both having come off the bench in the draw against QPR on Monday (10 April).
While there could be a change in goalkeeper, Corberan is likely to stick with the same back four from the match against QPR, with Darnell Furlong and Conor Townsend as the full-backs and Semi Ajayi and Erik Pieters as the centre-backs.
Ahead of them, Nathaniel Chalobah is expected to keep his place in midfield, but his partner Taylor Gardner-Hickman could lose his starting role to Molumby, who is back from a groin injury sustained for the Republic of Ireland in their Euro 2024 qualifier against France last month.

And going forward, Corberan is expected to once again rely on trio Jed Wallace, John Swift and Marc Albrighton, although the boss will be expecting more creativity from the three attackers against a struggling Stoke side.
The manager could, however, swap out Brandon Thomas-Asante for Dike, despite the former scoring the Albion’s opening goal against QPR.
Following back-to-back 1-0 victories against Wigan and Huddersfield last month that saw the club rise up the standings, the Baggies are now without a win in their last four matches.
Stoke sit eighth in the Championship form table, with West Brom in tenth, according to The Fishy.
In other West Brom news, Jed Wallace has admitted that the Albion squad has “bottled it” following the disappointing games with lowly Rotherham and QPR throughout Easter.
