West Brom injury news as Okay Yokuslu update shared ahead of Blackpool clash
Okay Yokuslu faces a late fitness test ahead of the Championship clash with Blackpool, according to the Express and Star.
The Turkish midfielder has missed the last three games due to injury, one of many concerns on that front for the Baggies, but is said to be getting closer to returning to contention.
Carlos Corberan’s West Brom go into Tuesday’s game with optimism knowing that three points could see them break into the top six, although they are in the dark with this one.

Corberan wasn’t able to give assurances on the Turkey international, whose return would be a great boost for the climax to the season.
“I don’t know what will be the progress of the injuries because with Okay you are always waiting for the next one (game),” said the Spanish coach.
“But at the end when we give it the last step, it is not working well because what it looks like is the injury is more difficult than what we expected at the beginning.
“It affects one part of the ankle that is difficult or takes time to fix, we know how important Okay is for us but I don’t know the availability so far.”

All to play for
Despite worries over a few players on the treatment table, tonight’s game against the struggling Seasiders represents a great chance to build momentum.
Another win away from home would set things up nicely for the massive clash against Sunderland at the weekend but that game can wait.
Corberan will have been delighted with the grit shown by his side against Stoke, as Jayson Molumby’s double secured a comeback victory against Stoke.
That win has to give the players belief and hope that they can put a string of results together for the playoff push.
Up to eight clubs are vying for those final two spots, fifth and sixth place, for the much coveted shot at Wembley glory and promotion.
The Baggies have what it takes to record a win in Lancashire at Bloomfield Road but the hosts ended their four-game losing run on Saturday against Wigan which should see them on the front foot in what should be a competitive encounter.
