West Brom midfielder Okay Yokuslu sends message to Daryl Dike after devastating injury blow
West Brom midfielder Okay Yokuslu has shown his support for teammate Daryl Dike after the striker was ruled out for several months through injury.
The American international requires surgery on an Achilles injury suffered in the Championship clash with Stoke on Saturday (15 April).
His teammates have since taken to social media to show support for the much-loved Albion striker, with Yokuslu the latest to comfort Dike.

“We are all with you bro! You’ll be back better than ever,” Yokuslu wrote on Twitter.
The message comes amid an injury for Yokuslu himself, with the 29-year-old having missed his club’s last four matches with an ankle issue.
Devastating blow
While Yokuslu’s injury is a major worry for the Albion in their Championship play-off push, it is nothing compared to the lengthy timeframe off the pitch expected for Dike.
He is out for not only the remainder of the current campaign, but also the beginning of the next campaign, such is the severity of the injury.
In fact, it is unlikely that he will be seen before the end of the calendar year, with the striker set to be sidelined for six to nine months, as per the official West Brom website.
Collectively, it is a blow for the Baggies who could have definitely done with their star striker in what is a difficult end to the season on paper. And individually, Dike had only just begun to fully recover after a thigh issue earlier in the season.
He will definitely be thinking about his club over the coming months, but also about his country, with the USA set to host the 2026 World Cup, a tournament that Dike will absolutely want to be part of.
In other West Brom news, Nathaniel Chalobah suffered a “potentially serious injury” during the 2-0 win over Hull as the Albion kept their playoff hopes alive on Tuesday (18 April).
