West Brom: Rayhaan Tulloch named a ‘menace’ after Dundalk Friday development
West Brom loanee Rayhaan Tulloch scored a late equaliser to seal Dundalk a vital draw against Shelbourne in the League of Ireland Premier Division.
According to Dundalk’s official match report, the 22-year-old forward was a “menace” for Stephen O’Donnell’s side on Friday evening (21 April).
Tulloch levelled the scores with a low effort 13 minutes from time, moving the Lilywhites up to sixth in the league standings.

Positive
This is certainly positive news from West Brom’s perspective. The 22-year-old is at a vital stage in his career where he needs to show his worth. Another loan spell away from the Baggies would seem fairly pointless. If he isn’t good enough to feature in Carlos Corberan’s plans now, it’s unlikely he will develop further.
Four-goal involvements in nine domestic games for Dundalk is decent going. He’s certainly giving the decision-makers at The Hawthorns food for thought, and Tulloch’s future is one to keep a close eye on.

However, for now, Corberan’s focus will be solely on the Baggies’ push for the top six. A big summer is in store at The Hawthorns for a number of reasons, but the Spaniard and the board will be looking to ensure West Brom are a Premier League club.
Uncertainty has clouded West Brom in recent times; a place back in the top flight would certainly lead to a brighter outlook.
In other West Brom news, the Baggies have sent scouts to track an in-demand defender who’s set to leave as they begin planning for the summer transfer window.
