West Brom transfer news with exodus a brutal reality – Finance Expert

We’re delighted to welcome football finance expert Dr Daniel Plumley as our exclusive West Brom columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at The Hawthorns...

Dan Plumley has insisted that a transfer exodus of players leaving West Brom is the reality of remaining a Championship club and missing out on promotion.

“The ones that will potentially go when they don’t reach the play-offs, you’ve got to reset the clock and they will be in a position where there will need to be a reset button moving forward.”
