Ron Gourlay interview on cards amid West Brom Xu Ke twist at The Hawthorns
There are plans in place for Ron Gourlay to speak to the Birmingham Mail with Xu Ke refusing to answer questions on the financial situation at West Brom.
Shareholders For Albion have set a deadline of 6 June for the director to respond to 38 questions sent in by chair, Leigh Kent.
The Birmingham Mail now claim on 30 May, that S4A maintain a communicative relationship with CEO Gourlay. It’s believed there is a “willingness” from the Albion chief to hold an interview during the summer.

Someone, talk
Any sort of communication would be welcome for West Brom’s fans. The silence from the top of The Hawthorns is extremely concerning. Why is Ke so reluctant to answer questions? It’s ridiculous. The S4A just want some sort of communication. They can see exactly where the club is heading, and it’s concerning.
It’s not just the supporters who need answers. Carlos Corberan will be frustrated. At present, the Spaniard should be planning ahead to the new season. However, do we really think he will have a large war chest to play with? The answer is fairly obvious.

Next season, the Championship will be back to its brutal best. Leeds United, Leicester and Southampton will all feel they are more than capable of winning the league.
Watford, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Millwall and Coventry will also fancy their chances. It’s going to be a daunting task. Free agents won’t cut it.
Answers are needed, fast.
In other West Brom news, Carlton Palmer has given his seal of approval to a “very good” Baggies transfer target.
