
West Brom in sad state as historic 1968 FA Cup image goes officially on sale on eBay
The life and soul are slowly being dripped out of West Brom, with the latest decision to sell an image of the historic 1968 FA Cup victory highlighting the sad state of affairs at the Hawthorns.
Over half a century on, the FA Cup victory over Everton remains the last major piece of silverware lifted by the Baggies, but the club don’t seem to care in the slightest.
West Brom have now listed the image, which was previously displayed at The Hawthorns Stadium, up for sale on eBay for the mere purpose of what could be a few hundred pounds.

This latest update is yet another terrible move by the club, which again, will distance the hierarchy from the fans even more. West Brom is a club that prides itself on its history, and letting historic pieces of memorabilia such as this go on eBAY is a horrendous look.
Matchworn shirts and smaller historical items are understandable, but this image being flogged in such a casual manner will leave a sour taste in the mouths of the Baggies faithful.
This comes just 24 hours on from the discovery from Action for Albion that the Chinese state could be the biggest shareholder at the club and the complex web of ownership that was unknown to everybody outside the club.

Selling this image is mere pocket change for the likes of Guochuan Lai, so why this decision has been made, nobody knows.
