West Brom are now in talks with at least two parties as the reign of Guochuan Lai appears to be coming to an end, according to the Daily Mail.
The English newspaper reported on its website on Wednesday (8 November) that the club are valued at around £60million.
There is interest from overseas groups with one of them understood to be based out of the United States.
