West Brom takeover: Talks underway with at least two parties amid £60m update on Wednesday
West Brom are now in talks with at least two parties as the reign of Guochuan Lai appears to be coming to an end, according to the Daily Mail.
The English newspaper reported on its website on Wednesday (8 November) that the club are valued at around £60million.
There is interest from overseas groups with one of them understood to be based out of the United States.

Good news
The Baggies desperately need a change of leadership if they are to return to the glory days of top flight football.
There’s only so much a manager can do with limited resources and a lack of harmony behind the scenes.
In spite of being in such a tricky situation, one must give credit to the terrific job Carlos Corberan’s been doing at the club.

West Brom are currently in the play-off position despite barely spending any money in the transfer window.
With proper owners who are willing to back the manager, this side is capable of securing promotion back to the Premier League.
This is an extremely passionate club who have a solid group of supporters who have supported the club through thick and thin.
For the price that’s being quoted, it’s a relative steal as the value can go up at least four times should the Baggies become a Premier League club.
