Josh Maja and John Swift set to return to West Brom training next week
West Brom have been handed a major boost with Josh Maja and John Swift set to return to training during the international break, according to Birmingham Mail.
Writing on their website (15 November), the news outlet report that the current plan at The Hawthorns is for both attackers to return to training in the second week of the break after long spells out injured.
That will come as a huge boost to the Baggies who have been dealing with a mountain of injury problems all season, with Carlos Corberan in need of getting players back to health.

“That’s the plan, for Maja and Swift to come back in the second week of this break and join in full training as they recover from their ankle and calf injuries respectively,” they wrote.
“What boosts they’ll be, too, when they return.”
Huge
West Brom have been a huge success story this season despite currently sitting just outside the playoff places, especially when you consider the fact of our injury problems.
Maja hasn’t played since September, Swift hasn’t played since October 10th, Daryl Dike and Adam Reach haven’t played yet this season and Jeremy Sarmiento and Semi Ajayi have also had several injury issues at different times this season.

Yet Corberan has always found a way to keep the team competitive and winning games, and now with players returning to fitness it will only make us stronger and mean we can get more points on the board.
Attack has been an issues fitness wise this season, so having two key players back in those positions can only be a good thing and with fixtures piling up and getting busier now after the current international break is fantastic news.
There will be more good news on the injury front in the coming weeks too hopefully, and then the boss will get a chance to actually make decisions rather than find solutions for teams he’s forced to pick.
In other West Brom news, Corberan expects first-team ace to leave next summer for ‘Nominal fee’.
