West Brom fans should be stunned as Taylor Gardner-Hickman goal footage emerges
West Brom loanee Taylor Gardner-Hickman scored an absolute screamer in Bristol City’s Championship with Middlesbrough, and Baggies fans will be stunned by the video.
The on-loan midfielder put his side 1-0 up in the 37th minute with the effort which curled into the top corner from around 25 yards, and Albion will be wondering why they let him go.
Gardner-Hickman is expected to join City on a permanent deal after his loan spell with the option to buy included in the deal, and if he continues goals like that, West Brom may be having regrets.
The video of the goal was shared on Twitter by AnalysisBCFC [25 November] who simply wrote “TGH get in!”
A wonder-goal
This effort from Gardner-Hickman is one that doesn’t get any worse no matter how many times you watch it. The bend on the strike takes it perfectly into the top corner, coming off the bar on its way past the diving goalkeeper who never had any chance.
With goals like this flying in alongside some all-around impressive displays from the Albion loanee, it is becoming more and more likely that his stay in the South West will become a permanent one.
There was deemed no place for him at The Hawthorns, with central midfield being arguably the only position Carlos Corberan would not need any more backup, but seeing a strike like this one will have both the boss and the fans wondering what could have been.

Fans, as usual, will be pleased to see a player who came through the academy at West Brom smashing it elsewhere, as long as it does not have too much of a negative impact on their own season.
In other West Brom news, Corberan has confirmed two players will return from injury.
