Doctor issues Jed Wallace injury update ahead of West Brom v Leeds United
We’re delighted to welcome injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the injury situation at West Brom...
West Brom attacking midfielder Jed Wallace will be available for the game against Leeds United, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that plenty of time has passed since his shoulder injury and he could now be back at a 100 per cent.
The 29-year-old started in the games against Stoke, Middlesbrough and Norwich City as he appears to have recovered completely.

Speaking exclusively with West Brom News about Wallace’s situation, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said:
“Very doubtful that he would’ve been back to 100 per cent in the first game as that usually requires more than one match but he has since played three games, one of which was the full 90 minutes so he could be there now.
“Based on the fact it was a shoulder injury, he was likely able to maintain his fitness much easier than a lower-body injury.
“The club will continue to monitor how he responds to minutes to avoid any other issues but he should be available for the upcoming games.“

Carlos Corberan has trusted Wallace’s leadership and whenever he’s been fit, the 29-year-old has been named in the starting eleven.
He has made two league appearances off the bench this season, and it was perhaps because he wasn’t at 100 per cent for those games.
The Baggies play host to Leeds at the Hawthorns on 29 December and he’s expected to be in the playing eleven for that one.
In other West Brom news, the Baggies may now be forced to sell a key player in January as a ‘Significant’ update has emerged on the financial situation at the club.
