The win over Blackburn was as dominant as fans can get but also provided Corberan with a reminder that his team are no pushovers when they’re in this sort of mood. One which must continue as things heat up in the coming weeks.

West Brom are also boosted by the returns of the likes of Daryl Dike, Jed Wallace and John Swift from injury but to also see Thomas-Asante in and amongst the goals with some terrific finishing will have Corberan absolutely delighted right now.

A tremendous win which must now be followed up with a crucial away win at Norwich City next Saturday (20 January).

In other West Brom news, two senior players could be set for an exit from The Hawthorns in January, one other youth product attracting plenty of interest already.
