Brandon Thomas-Asante starts as Daryl Dike decision made – West Brom predicted XI v Ipswich
Carlos Corberan could be set to make a big decision ahead for his West Brom starting lineup ahead of their Championship clash with Ipswich on Saturday afternoon.
The Baggies claimed a big derby win over Birmingham last time out to aid their promotion charge, while Ipswich are winless in their last three games in all competitions.
And now the boss has a decision to make with his starting lineup ahead of the trip to Portman Road against a fellow promotion rival.
Alex Palmer will almost certainly continue in goal after cementing himself as the club’s number one goalkeeper with a string of excellent performances this season.
Darnell Furlong and Connor Townsend remain the starting full-backs at the club with little competition to challenge them, while Kyle Bartley and Cedric Kipre should continue at centre-back with Martin Kelly out injured and Semi Ajayi with Nigeria at AFCON still preparing to play in the final.
Jayson Molumby and Adam Reach are set for an extended spell on the sidelines with injury meaning the midfield options at the club are slim, but Corberan has opted for Okay Yokuslu and Adam Mowatt more often than not and they should start leaving Nathaniel Chalobah on the bench.
Ahead of them John Swift remains an integral part of the team and should start as the number ten despite failing to score a goal since October and he should continue in the side.

On the right captain Jed Wallace continues to lead by example and will play whenever he is fit, but on the left and in the striker position there are decisions to make for the boss.

Youngster Tom Fellows has impressed in recent weeks and is pushing to keep his place on the left with Grady Diangana unlikely to be back from AFCON in time, while new signings Andreas Weimann and Mikey Johnston are also available.
Up front Daryl Dike is fit again and looking to get back in the side, with his time at the club since his £7m move from Orlando City being hampered by injuries. But Brandon Thomas-Asante is playing well and has two goals in his last four games so should get the nod to keep his place in an unchanged side.
