West Brom predicted XI v Plymouth: Carlos Corberan makes Andi Weimann call

West Brom will be hoping to put the defeat against Southampton on the backburner when they take on Plymouth at Home Park on Tuesday, 20 February.

The Baggies saw their run curtailed, suffering a 2-0 defeat to a fellow promotion candidate.

Carlos Corberan may look to shuffle his pack slightly and we expect him to make two changes for this one.

Semi Ajayi to come back into the West Brom XI

The Baggies looked shambolic defensively against Southampton and Corberan may look to make changes to the back line.

Semi Ajayi has returned from international duty and was an unused substitute in the last one, so he could return to the playing eleven.

Erik Pieters, who started along side Cedric Kipre in the 2-0 defeat, is expected to make way for the Nigeria international.

Brandon Thomas-Asante to be axed?

Roy Keane praised Brandon Thomas-Asante in the FA Cup loss against Wolves, but his performances for the Baggies recently have been underwhelming.

He struggled against Southampton as well and he could very well make way for new signing Andi Weimann.

There are injury worries surrounding Weimann so in case he’s fit, Corberan will have the urge to name him in the eleven.

West Brom
West Brom can make three changes for this one.

The Baggies are still in the play-off places but a few bad results could see the tide turn against them and they cannot afford that.
