Leicester City v West Brom: David Prutton predicts scoreline for Sky Sports
David Prutton has predicted that West Brom will claim a 2-2 draw in Saturday’s (20 April) Championship clash with Leicester City.
The Baggies remain fifth in the table, where they have spent the best part of five months, heading into the match at King Power Stadium.
Leicester, who have struggled for form of late, are themselves in need of points to keep hold of their place in the automatic promotion spots.
Sharing his prediction for Sky Sports [18 April], Prutton said: “Leicester have got more than enough to finish where they need to finish.
“But they’ve given themselves a tricky set of circumstances given what we’ve seen from the past two results.
“West Brom seem to have been fifth for about the past 14 seasons, just brilliantly hanging on in there. But they do have work to do with Norwich sniffing around them. 2-2 draw.
Leicester v West Brom head-to-head record
West Brom have lost their last four meetings with Leicester, including a dramatic 2-1 reverse when the sides met at The Hawthorns in December.
Harry Winks scored a breakaway winner in the fourth minute of added time to snatch all three points after Josh Maja had equalised late on.
Leicester were 3-0 winners the last time the sides met at the King Power Stadium, meanwhile, coming in September 2020.

You have to go back to November 2016 – eight games ago – for the most recent occasion of Albion getting the better of their Midlands rivals.
Matt Phillips scored the winner that day in the 72nd minute after James Morrison and Islam Slimani exchanged goals.
On the face of it, a point should be a good result for Albion. And given Leicester’s possible injury issues, with three regulars doubtful, there is no reason that cannot be achieved.
