West Brom boss Carlos Corberan shares ‘unbelievable’ Spain verdict before Euro 2024 final v England
West Brom manager Carlos Corberan has heaped praise on the Spanish national team ahead of their Euro 2024 final against England.
The Three Lions are preparing for a second consecutive European Championship final after beating the Netherlands with a last-minute winner on Wednesday (10 July).
Baggies manager Corberan has been speaking to Guillem Balague (12 July) to discuss his countrymen and pile praise on their manager Luis de la Fuente.
He said: “The important thing about being in a national tournament is being a team. Normally when players are young, they play in a team that still has good habits and over time that can be challenged more so they develop habits that aren’t the best for the team.
“I think they have this advantage and I think when you’re are watching Spain, they have unbelievable players that they play very bold football.
“You can only play very bold football as a team because this is football.“

The Baggies manager discussed various topics with the Spanish journalist, including his greatest challenges as a coach.
Corberan is set to enter his third campaign in charge at the Hawthorns where his spell has been overly positive.
The last campaign ended in disappointing but unsurprising circumstances with a loss to, eventual promotion winners, Southampton in the playoff semi-final.
Now the Baggies have added Joe Wildsmith and Torbjorn Heggem for a fee, to their squad ahead of the new Championship season.
The season won’t begin until England face Spain in the final of the EUROs after an overly frustrating tournament for supporters.
La Roja have been the team of the tournament so far and will represent a stern test for Gareth Southgate and his squad on Sunday (14 July).
It is clear that Corberan is backing his nation in the final with him full of praise for the manager and his squad throughout the tournament.
