
Jayson Molumby update emerges for West Brom v Middlesbrough after recent injury
Jayson Molumby may be ready to play the full 90 minutes for West Brom v Middlesbrough if needed after his recent calf injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that even though he was named on the bench against Sheffield Wednesday on 28 September after a Grade B setback.
The Baggies are set to take on Boro next in the league at Hawthorns on Tuesday, 1 October.
Reacting to his situation, injury expert Dr Brar – who is a physical therapy specialist and sports scientist – has told West Brom News: “A grade one B injury can describe a neuromuscular injury to a specific part of the calf.
“Based on the manager’s comments, it sounds like he had a late fitness test for the match over the weekend and was named on the bench.
“He may not be 100 per cent yet but could possibly play the 90 depending on how he responds to treatment and training.“
Jayson Molumby has been a regular for West Brom this season
Molumby has been a regular for Carlos Corberan’s side this season, playing five league games.
However, he was an unused substitute over the weekend as the Baggies suffered a 3-2 defeat.

The 25-year-old also has a league goal to his name this term, scoring the winner against Swansea.
