Carlos Corberan to axe Jed Wallace in three changes – West Brom predicted XI v Millwall

Carlos Corberan will be keen to return to winning ways as West Brom welcome Millwall to The Hawthorns on Saturday 5 October.

The Baggies have lost their last two games against Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday after starting the season with a six-game unbeaten run.

Now Corberan may look to make changes to his starting 11 ahead of a clash against the Lions in an attempt to end this losing run.

Mikey Johnston could replace Jed Wallace for West Brom v Millwall

The Albion have had an excellent season so there is no need for the Spaniard to make too many changes to his side, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Despite losing the last two, there has been little wrong with the performance with moments going against them in the defeats.

One change which could be utilised is for Torbjorn Heggem to move into centre back, in place of Kyle Bartley, with Callum Styles coming in at left back after a positive showing against Boro.

Ahead of them, Corberan may look to give Uros Racic a break from the start and introduce Jayson Molomby from the start against his former side.

John Swift and Alex Mowatt are likely to keep their place in the side in midfield with Karlan Grant set to line up on the left flank.

Corberan could bring Tom Fellows back into the starting XI after he was dropped to the bench for the 1-0 defeat at The Hawthorns on Tuesday (1 October).

Up front, Josh Maja is likely to keep his role after failing to score against Middlesbrough, drawing a blank for the first time in three games.
