Karlan Grant makes honest admission on West Brom fans after Cardiff City loan
Karlan Grant is happy with the backing has got from West Brom fans since returning from his Cardiff City loan spell.
The versatile forward spent last campaign with the Bluebirds but has become an integral part of Carlos Corberan’s side in the early stages of this season.
Supporters at The Hawthorns have been showing their love for the 27-year-old, who shared an honest admission via Albion’s official website on 13 October.
He said: “It’s always nice to get the appreciation from the fans. I’m an Albion player, so I obviously want them backing me and it’s a nice feeling.
“It always helps when you’re doing well as a team too. I’m happy to be back and I just want to continue doing what I can for the club.”
Karlan Grant shares honest West Brom fan admission
It is clear that the atmosphere around the Baggies is hugely positive right now after a superb start to the season under Corberan.
This saw the Albion start the campaign with six matches unbeaten and at one point sit top of the Championship table.
The last three games have dampened that atmosphere somewhat with two defeats and a draw, which have dropped the club down to fourth.
With that being said, there is still so much to be pleased with from a fan’s perspective with there being so many standout performers this campaign.
The likes of Josh Maja and Tom Fellows have been obvious stars but Grant has returned from his loan spell and proved his worth at The Hawthorns.

The former Huddersfield Town man has generally struggled in the Midlands since signing in 2020 but appears to have found his feet this season.
Corberan will be keen to get more out of him in terms of goals and assists but will be pleased with his overall performances this season.
