Carlos Corberan axes Grady Diangana, three changes – West Brom predicted XI v Luton

Carlos Corberan could drop Grady Diangana in three changes to the West Brom starting XI for the trip to face Luton Town on Friday 1 November.

The Baggies made it four draws on the bounce last time out against Cardiff City (26 October), falling to back-to-back 0-0 scorelines.

As a result, Corberan could make changes to his front line in an effort to see his side score more goals and get back on the winning trail.

Diangana and Mikey Johnston could be dropped to the bench at Kenilworth Road and replaced by first-team regulars Karlan Grant and Tom Fellows.

It has been a bizarre few weeks at The Hawthorns with it being unusual to see a run of so many draws in a row.

The clash against 22nd-placed Luton could provide an opportunity for the Baggies to secure a first three points since September.

In an attempt to take a win from Bedfordshire, Alex Palmer is likely to keep his spot in the starting XI as he has in each of Albion’s opening 12 games of the campaign.

There will be a change to the backline after Paddy McNair came off just four minutes into the clash against Cardiff. Callum Styles could start at left back while Torbjorn Heggem starts alongside Semi Ajayi in the centre with Darnell Furlong set to start at right back.

The midfield could stay the same with Alex Mowatt and Uros Racic sitting slightly deeper than John Swift in the number ten role.

On the wings, Corberan could roll the dice and reinstate Karlan Grant and Tom Fellows to the starting XI after missing out in the Welsh capital last time out.

Up top, Josh Maja is likely to keep his spot in the side despite failing to score in his last five showings.
