West Brom defender Kyle Bartley injury news emerges amid recent setback
West Brom defender Kyle Bartley should be back at a 100 per cent post his knee injury in a few weeks, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that the fact that he played 45 minutes against Sunderland on 26 November is a sign that he is close to returning to full fitness.
It’s believed that the club will slowly ramp up his game time so as to avoid any re-injury.
Reacting to his situation, injury expert Dr Brar – who is a physical therapy specialist and sports scientist – has told West Brom News: “Playing 45 minutes this week is a sign that he’s on the right track to recovery and his minutes will be gradually ramped up.
“Considering his position, his runway to 100 per cent fitness should be somewhat shorter and the surgery was also listed as minor which is a good sign as well.
“I see him getting to that level in a few weeks if there are no setbacks.“
Kyle Bartley’s fitness is pivotal for West Brom this season
The 33-year-old is a consistent pick for Carlos Corberan and his fitness is imperative for the Baggies.
He’s made 11 league starts this season and that would’ve been higher had he not been out with an injury for a month.

Hopefully, he maintains his fitness for the rest of the season and helps fire the club back to the Premier League.
