West Brom rivals in Championship sack manager – John Percy

West Brom beat Hull City recently in the Championship, and now the Yorkshire club have sacked their head coach, Tim Walter, according to John Percy.

The Baggies won 2-1 against the Tigers on 10 November at home, and The Telegraph journalist took to X [27 November] to reveal that Walter has been relieved of his duties.

Hull lost to Sheffield Wednesday on 26 November in the league, and after the 2-0 scoreline, the 49-year-old manager’s position in the Tigers’ dugout became untenable.

Carlos Corberan needs to be careful at West Brom

Carlos Corberan has done a great job since making his way to The Hawthorns, but the Spaniard has struggled to bring the best out of the team recently.

West Brom have dropped out of the play-off spots in the Championship table for the first time this season after the 0-0 draw against Sunderland on 26 November.

While the Black Cats have been one of the best teams in the league in the current campaign, and the Baggies can be proud of their performance at the Stadium of Light, their recent performances haven’t been up to the mark.

In the last 11 fixtures, West Brom have managed just one win, which came against Hull, and Corberan needs to turn things around before fans start questioning his position at the Albion.

The Hawthorns has not seen the best from their team, with the Baggies scoring just four goals at home this season in the Championship.

West Brom can’t continue to keep dropping points in the league, and if the Spanish manager doesn’t want the same fate as Walter to befall him, then the 41-year-old needs to find a solution as soon as possible.

In other West Brom news, fans were left amazed by what Karlan Grant did against Sunderland.
