West Brom make Tom Fellows demands clear as Premier League duo eye transfer

West Brom are set to demand a “big fee” for the transfer of Tom Fellows if the attacker leaves in the January transfer window, according to Harry Watkinson.

The TEAMtalk journalist reported via his personal X account (8 January) that the Baggies don’t want to lose one of their star men mid-season but a deal isn’t “impossible”.

The journalist also added that both Everton and Crystal Palace are showing an interest in the attacker.

“Everton are interested, long-term admirers and so are Crystal Palace but West Brom don’t want to lose him mid-season and will demand a big fee. It’s not impossible but difficult,” he wrote.

West Brom cannot allow Tom Fellows to leave in January

Not only are West Brom managerless at the moment but several of their players have already been linked with a Hawthorns exit in January.

The Baggies are currently sixth in the Championship and it feels like things are going pretty smoothly despite the rather sudden exit of Carlos Corberan.

Granted, countless clubs were linked with the Spaniard but in the end, it was a return home that sold him on a West Brom exit.

A lot of West Brom’s goals this season have come from Fellows in one way or another, whether that be with his 10 assists or his two goals, it feels like the 21-year-old is an integral part of their set-up.

Although they could probably afford to let him go in the summer when they have more time to find a replacement, it feels like it would all be a bit rushed if Chris Brunt sanctioned his exit before the end of January.

Only time will tell what the future holds but at the moment, it seems like the attacker is set to stay.
