Mowbray axes Holgate in two changes – West Brom predicted XI v Middlesbrough
Tony Mowbray could mark his West Brom return by axing Mason Holgate in two changes to the starting XI against Middlesbrough.
The Baggies loanee could be replaced in the side by Caleb Taylor while Alex Mowatt could also be set to drop to the bench at the Riverside on Tuesday (21 January).
This change could see Uros Racic come back in from the start as the new Albion boss looks to rotate his side ahead of a clash just three days after the Stoke City draw.
Other than these changes, Mowbray may look to utilise a similar side to Chris Brunt after going four games unbeaten in the Championship.

Other than the 22-year-old coming in for the Everton loanee, the backline looks set to have a familiar feel to last time out at The Hawthorns.
This could see Callum Styles and Darnell Furlong once again flank Torbjorn Heggem at the back with Taylor potentially starting alongside the Norway international.
Mowatt could drop out to rest after plenty of fixture congestion and Racic could come in for the ex-Barnsley man alongside Jayson Molomby.
The forward line showed some dangerous moments against Stoke and as a result, Mowbray may be reluctant to make a change to bring in Jed Wallace or Devante Cole.
This could see Mikey Johnston and Tom Fellows start on the wings while Grady Diangana slots in just behind Karlan Grant once again.

The former West Ham youngster was on the scoresheet and showed his class against the Potters so is more than deserving of another start.
It will be interesting to see who steps up their level under Mowbray and looks to prove themselves at the Riverside.
