
Jonathan Greening sends message as West Brom agree deal for signing
Former West Brom midfielder Jonathan Greening has wished Isaac Price well after completing a transfer to The Hawthorns.
The Baggies announced the signing of the Northern Ireland international from Standard Liege on Wednesday (22 January) in a well-received move in B71.
A deal worth over £2.5million was agreed for the 21-year-old [Sacha Tavolieri] who ex-Albion man Greening thinks will thrive under Tony Mowbray.
Taking to X on 22 January, he said: “Good luck to him one thing for sure is he’ll love working under Tony [Mowbray].”

There is certainly plenty of excitement building around The Hawthorns after the return of the 61-year-old head coach and the addition of a highly rated youngster.
Price was linked with a move to Preston before the Baggies stepped in to hijack a move [Sacha Tavolieri] which shows the strength of Albion right now.
If Mowbray can manage to get the best out of the ex-Standard Liege midfielder and the rest of the squad available to him, there is hope for a positive second half of the season.
Despite suffering a defeat against Middlesbrough last time out, there are signs that with this new signing that the Baggies will only get better moving forward.
