West Brom spotted filming on The Hawthorns pitch ahead of big reveal

West Brom supporters will hope that the new season will be better than the last.

The Baggies missed out on the play-offs as Tony Mowbray struggled to just five wins in his 18 matches in charge in an underwhelming return to the dugout.

Shilen Patel and Co are taking their time to find a replacement but the new man should be in place for the start of the next campaign if all goes well.

West Brom potential kit launch footage emerges

New footage has appeared from The Hawthorns that could increase supporters’ excitement ahead of the new season.

It shows a person on the pitch being filmed, and the rumour mill has suggested that it is Baggies legend Tony Brown in a potential new kit.

Albion insider DOOD (15 May) claimed via his X account, that it will be a 125th anniversary kit to mark the special milestone.

Hawthorns reveal could get West Brom fans in the mood

There is still plenty of concern around the Black Country, concerning the identity of the new manager that will come in.

The likes of John Mousinho, Eric Ramsay and Ryan Mason have been linked with the vacancy but there is still no clarity on who it will be that takes the reins.

Latest bookmakers’ odds for new Albion boss.

The bookmakers’ favourite is changing by the day, with the Tottenham coach top of the rankings once again, for how long, it remains to be seen.

It is absolutely paramount that Patel takes his time in appointing a new boss, the Throstles rushed to hire Mowbray and look how that turned out.

A special kit reveal would be just the tonic that the West Midlands outfit needs right now, to get supporters back onside after a miserable end to the last campaign in which they missed out on the play-offs after looking set for a post-season berth for the majority of the season.

It could be even more special if they hire the right man and secure a return to the Premier League for the first time since the 2020-21 season in the new kit or at the very least make the Wembley showcase.
