Racic speaks out on West Brom amid new £2m transfer development
Uros Racic’s time as a West Brom player will not be remembered fondly by Baggies supporters.
Midfielder Racic played 22 times under Carlos Corberan, before the Spaniard’s move to Valencia in December.
Racic then fell out of favour and left the club for a loan spell with Braga in the winter transfer window.

Racic delighted following West Brom exit as buy clause revealed
Racic’s second spell at Portuguese side Braga has proved fruitful as he featured regularly in the second half of the season.
Braga have a £2million buy option for the 27-year-old, and the player is hopeful of making the move permanent.
Speaking in Tuesday’s (27 May) print edition of O Jogo, Racic said he was “very happy” to have escaped West Brom for Braga.
Racic added: “I was pleased with my performances, but I didn’t reach my full potential.
“I feel motivated to give my best in every game. I have been genuinely impressed with Braga’s progress. I am still adapting, but I am always giving my best.
“I have no doubts about the value, even more so, that I can bring to the team.”
The report adds that Braga have the chance to sign Racic permanently for £2million, or else he will return to Sassuolo.
Racic is still well connected with Albion and wished the club well while they were in the play-off chase in February.
The Serbian was hopeful that the Baggies would achieve promotion last season and sent his former teammates messages following his departure.

Racic comments won’t go down well with West Brom fans
Racic’s comments might go down well with Braga fans, but they won’t wash with Albion fans.
Although the midfielder never left with any bad blood, his previous comments implying that Corberan’s exit put paid to his own Albion career didn’t go down well with fans.
Racic still made just eight starts for West Brom under Corberan, with the Spaniard and his replacement Tony Mowbray preferring Alex Mowatt and Jayson Molumby.
His comments don’t make for good reading for Albion fans, as they imply he was pushing for the move away.
West Brom fans will rightly question the midfielder’s previous commitments to the club following the interview.
The Baggies face an uncertain summer due to their vacant managerial position and the future of Tom Fellows, among others.
After defeat to Derby in April, Tony Mowbray was sacked by West Brom, with the West Midlands club failing to find a replacement so far.
Tottenham coach Ryan Mason is currently a frontrunner for the job as the Baggies look to sort out their side for next season.
