Stuart Dallas pulls his hair out over what he’s seen West Brom star Isaac Price do
West Brom have a gifted group of youngsters rising through the ranks at the Hawthorns.
One of the standouts is Isaac Price, who joined in January and made 15 Championship appearances.
He’s one of several promising young players who could benefit under new manager Ryan Mason, with the club expected to place greater emphasis on youth.
With youth development central to Mason’s plans, Price is likely to be given a real opportunity to impress next season.

Leeds hero impressed by Price’s growing potential at West Brom
Stuart Dallas, the former Northern Ireland international, watches the Championship closely after spending several years in the division.
Writing in the Belfast Telegraph (12 June, page 36), the 34-year-old praised his fellow countryman’s ability after Price scored a winner for Northern Ireland against Iceland.
2024/25 | Appearances | Goals | Assists |
Issac Price | 15 | 1 | 1 |
“Issac has done really well,” said Dallas. “At times you were pulling your hair out watching him, he can be frustrating, but he has a real knack for scoring goals and you can’t take that away from him.
“That’s not something you can buy. He is not just snatching chances, they are precision finishes and he has many of them.”

West Brom’s next chapter led by youth talents
The Baggies head into a crucial season, and they may turn to youth, with Ryan Mason’s Tottenham connections potentially playing a key role.
Mikey Moore has been tipped to join Mason at the Hawthorns ahead of the new campaign – but what incoming boss Thomas Frank makes of the club’s direction remains to be seen.
Price could also be crucial to the manager’s plans if the youngster can stay fit as he enters a pivotal stage of his career.
If the West Midlands club can attract top talent, it could make a strong push for the play-offs next season, but experienced heads will be just as important.
Liverpool defender Nat Phillips has been linked with a move to West Brom ahead of next season, as the Baggies look to strengthen their defence and add leadership to their young squad.
The Championship club will also want to keep hold of their top talent, with Tom Fellows and Torbjorn Heggem being linked with a move away from the club.
It’s shaping up to be an exciting transfer window for Baggies fans, as hopes of a return to Premier League football begin to grow again.
