Tom Fellows ‘adds £5m to West Brom value overnight’ after official news from Europe

Tom Fellows could secure an even larger fee for West Brom if he is to leave.

The 21-year-old has been a standout performer for the Baggies in the past 12 months after becoming a first-team regular.

This saw the Englishman finish with the joint-most assists in the entire Championship, despite having a frustrating patch in the middle of the campaign.

It now appears that his value is only likely to increase if Albion want to cash in, after an update emerged away from The Hawthorns.

Fellows in value increase at West Brom

There has been no shortage of interest in the winger who has certainly caught the eye in the second tier in the past 12 months.

This has seen Everton show a strong interest in Fellows already this summer, although no deal has gone through at this stage.

With that being said, a move may prove to be more costly for the Toffees after the Baggies man was added to the England under-21s EUROs squad.

This will see the Albion star link up with Lee Carsley’s side for the tournament in Switzerland, in a move which can only be seen as a boost for the B71 club.

Fans have been left impressed by this, with one believing that his addition to the side “adds £5million to his price tag”.

This has been added to by many messages of congratulations from supporters, with many left annoyed that he wasn’t included initially.

This saw one say: “Should’ve been in it from the start,” while another added, “Robbery, he wasn’t there already.”

Fellows sale may edge closer at West Brom

Seeing a home-grown player line up for the Three Lions at a tournament can only be met with positivity from The Hawthorns.

This has certainly been the case with Fellows with the under-21s, even if he has been strongly linked with a move away from the Midlands.

It would prove to be a blow to let the wide man go this summer, especially after already parting ways with Grady Diangana at the end of his contract.

With that being said, if the Baggies receive an inflated fee after his performances with England U21s, then it is only a boost for the B71 outfit.
