West Brom fans are eagerly awaiting announcements from the Baggies now that the transfer window has opened.

However, potential signings are not the only thing that Baggies fans are awaiting updates on.
Incoming manager Ryan Mason is yet to meet the media despite being at West Brom for over two weeks.
Now, this looks set to change sooner rather than later.

According to Woodman Corner (19 June), the manager will have his first press conference by early July, where he will be unveiled to the press.
By then, the Baggies will have also released their new kit, according to the same article.
West Brom’s next jersey seemed days away from being announced after the club shop was closed on Thursday.
With it being the 125th anniversary of The Hawthorns, anticipation is high, with an expectation that the new kit will celebrate this.
Now, the report claims that the jersey will be released in the next 10 days. The kit is designed by Macron and will arrive earlier than last year’s kit.

As good as these announcements will be, it still feels like the Baggies are behind their Championship rivals.
The fact that Mason hasn’t been unveiled the the press yet is concerning as it should have been done in the first two weeks he joined The Hawthorns.
On top of this, West Brom are yet to sign anyone, which is no doubt growing more corning as each day passes.
Hopefully, this recent news is a sign that the Baggies are speeding up their pre-season plans, ready for the 2025/26 campaign, and new signings are only around the corner.
