‘West Brom genuinely want to sign David Brooks’ as Bournemouth loan news emerges
David Brooks has recently made his return to football after recovering from Stage 2 Hodgkin lymphoma.
The Welsh international was forced to take a break to recover from the illness, and he received the all-clear back in 2022.
In 2023, he made his return to football and had a loan spell at Southampton in the 2023/24 campaign as he helped them return to the Premier League.
Now back at Bournemouth, Brooks has struggled to hit his previous heights at the Cherries, as the South Coast club considers another loan move for the Welsh international.

West Brom target loan move for David Brooks
West Brom are desperate for new attacker this summer as they seek to return to the English top-flight.
The Baggies have already been linked with Tom Lawrence as their winger departure is in dire need of reinforcements.
Now, the Black Country club have identified Brooks as a possible option this summer as Ryan Mason aims to make his first signing.
According to a West Brom insider (19 June), the Baggies’ interest in the winger is “genuine”, with a loan move possible.
However, there are a host of other Championship clubs who are also considering a move for Brooks.
Brooks would be an excellent signing for Ryan Mason
If West Brom can get this signing over the line, it would be sensational.
Brooks is a seasoned Premier League player who has experience of delivering promotion to the top-flight.
On a loan, there is little risk in the transfer if it does not work out. However, the potential rewards could be massive.

Brooks could easily go on to be one of the best players in the Championship next season, and that is an asset West Brom need.
Hopefully, Mason is able to convince the Welshman to join The Hawthorns this summer over the other second-tier sides interested.
