One target West Brom have been looking at is Jakov Medic.

The defender has struggled since he moved to Ajax and was sent on loan to the Bundesliga last season.

Lawrence Shankland yet to decide new club

West Brom backed to seal Mikey Moore loan

One of the biggest positives of Mason’s move to West Brom is the links the Englishman has.

The former England international spent years at Tottenham and was most recently their assistant manager.

Now, there is a hope that Mason can use his Spurs links to attract potential loan deals this summer.

Mickey Moore is seen as an excellent upcoming talent in London and has already played numerous times for Tottenham’s first team.

Now, Lee Hendrie has backed the Baggies to sign Moore, believing the 17-year-old would be an excellent addition.

He said: “I think it speaks volumes of where [Mikey] Moore is at when big clubs in the Championship are looking at taking him on a loan deal to get some experience and regular game time.

“West Brom are a big football club with lots of potential, and I think that’s where they have to go down by getting loan players in.

“It doesn’t surprise me that bigger clubs in the Championship are looking to take him [Moore], and as I said previously, most teams in the Championship would want him because he’s got bags of potential, so I think it would be a great deal for West Brom.”
