‘West Brom to cut ties with Karlan Grant’ after fresh transfer update
West Brom are aiming to revamp their squad after a disappointing season, and several established players could leave.
Ryan Mason will want to bring his own players in after the Baggies suffered a woeful end to last season under Tony Mowbray.
One huge problem was in attack, with few West Brom players delivering in front of goal while Josh Maja was absent with injury.
Karlan Grant was particularly underwhelming, and West Brom may now be presented with a good opportunity to sell and upgrade on the forward.

West Brom forward Grant attracting interest from Turkey
Grant has one year remaining on his contract at The Hawthorns, and as it stands, a contract extension looks unlikely.
The 27-year-old joined to much fanfare for a significant fee in 2020. However, overall, he has failed to deliver on expectations in front of goal.

It has now been reported by WestBromXtra via X (23 June) that Grant is attracting interest from Stoke, Derby County and clubs in Turkey this summer, and that he could end up leaving.
The attacker scored just seven goals in 43 Championship games last season, and West Brom now have the chance to recoup some of the fee they paid for him.
West Brom should sell Grant
Grant originally joined West Brom in the Premier League for around £15million in 2020, after an outstanding campaign with Huddersfield.
However, the goals have dried up, and he managed just one strike in his last 20 Championship appearances.
Even if it is a small fee West Brom receive, selling him now will mean they avoid losing him for free next year, and will also create more room for Mason to bring in his own players.
If offers come in from Turkey, then selling abroad may be the best outcome for West Brom with regards to Grant this summer, and any fee received could be reinvested into the attack.
Keeping Grant for another year, when his performances have not been at the required level, will also mean paying his wages for an extra season, when now would be the perfect time to sell and replace the striker.
