‘Mason to go all out for Moore transfer’ as multi-million West Brom deal close
Mikey Moore could become the next arrival at West Brom this summer.
With a deal for Aune Heggebø imminent, West Brom’s summer transfer business is certainly accelerating, with plenty more expected to come at The Hawthorns.
Having lost several players after their contracts expired, the Baggies not only need to replace them but also add more quality to their side to have a real shot at promotion under Ryan Mason.
In regard to the latter, his connections with Tottenham could prove key this summer, amid links to their highly-rated Moore.

Mikey Johnston exit to open door for Moore arrival
It was reported today that Mikey Johnston is closing in on a shock move to Flamengo, in a deal said to be worth around £5million.
With Mason wanting to build his own side, it always seemed likely that Johnston would be the sacrifice, though it now leaves the Baggies with a clear priority.
Signing a repaclement will now be high up on their to-do list, and Moore would be the perfect fit for all parties.
Player | Appearances | Goals | Wins | Defeats |
Moore | 10 | 0 | 3 | 6 |
Not only would Albion be getting a superstar on the left flank, but Tottenham would benefit from having one of their highest-rated players playing regular first-team football in a competitive league.
Should the deal for Johnston go through, it may only be a matter of time until this deal starts to progress.

Mason in need of more quality at The Hawthorns
West Brom have bemoaned a lack of depth in recent seasons, and ultimately a lack of quality in several areas of the squad.
That needs to be addressed in the coming weeks, ahead of the start of the new Championship campaign.
Mason looks to be a great appointment for the Baggies, but his influence will only be truly felt if he is given the tools needed to thrive in the second tier.
