Morgan Rogers loves West Brom transfer news as deal agreed
Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers is certainly a fan of the transfer business being conducted at West Brom.
Ryan Mason has overseen a busy window in his maiden summer in charge at The Hawthorns after being appointed in June.
This has seen West Brom sign the likes of Nat Phillips and Aune Heggebo to positive acclaim from the Baggies fan base.
Supporters had shown frustration after losing a star like Torbjorn Heggem to Bologna for £8.5million, but the Norway international has since been replaced in B71, much to the delight of Rogers.

Morgan Rogers reacts to latest West Brom move
It is fair to say that it has come as a surprise to many to see how well the 23-year-old has done since moving to Villa Park last year.
The versatile attacker has gone on to become an England international before Rogers won the PFA Young Player of the Year award, becoming the first ex-Albion academy star to do so.
Despite being at Villa, Rogers has previously professed his love for West Brom, and that clearly hasn’t changed in recent months.
This comes after the claret and blue star reacted after the Baggies completed the signing of Chris Mepham on 29 August.
The 27-year-old has penned a three-year deal at The Hawthorns after spending last season on loan at Sunderland, which ended with promotion to the Premier League.
This signing has sparked positivity in B71, especially after Rogers reacted via Instagram with three heart emojis to celebrate his former Bournemouth teammate’s summer move.
Chris Mepham could transform West Brom
There is no hiding away from how good Heggem has been since signing for Albion, but now things have to change after his departure.
This is where Mepham could come in with his huge level of Championship experience, while being a more old-school centre-back option.
Stat per 90 | Chris Mepham |
Tackles won | 0.85 |
Duels won | 5.08 |
Aerial duels won | 2.99 |
Interceptions | 0.96 |
Alongside Phillips, the Baggies have a solid pairing that represents a superb base for the rest of Mason’s side to build forward from.
It will certainly be interesting to see how this can benefit the new head coach, but there is no doubt that the Wales international’s introduction will change the picture in B71.
