‘Huge’ – West Brom fans delighted as new contract agreed at The Hawthorns
West Brom continue to strengthen their squad beyond the summer transfer window.
Ryan Mason will be pleased with the work Albion did over the summer. Nat Philips signed for West Brom from Liverpool and has already made a huge impact at the Baggies.
Meanwhile, Samuel Iling-Junior and Charlie Taylor arrived at West Brom on deadline day and are confident in helping Albion achieve big things this season.
With West Brom looking to continue their unbeaten run in the Championship, this will be a season where every player counts.

West Brom fans hail new Ollie Bostock deal
West Brom announced on 11 September that Ollie Bostock has signed a new deal at Albion.
In his short career, Bostock has shown his class. The academy player was instrumental in Albion’s run to the FA Youth Cup quarter-finals. His performances saw him contribute two goals and assists.
In celebration of his new deal, West Brom fans have taken to X to rejoice in the good news. One supporter wrote: “Congratulations Ollie,” while another responded with a short and sweet: “Huge.”
Furthermore, another remarked that his new deal was “Great news” for Albion.
Meanwhile, several fans expressed their desire to see Bostock play alongside the senior team. One said: “Hope to see him on the bench as he had the ability to impact games.”
Another wrote: “Great news. Really want him to be in the first team squad in 12 months.”
One more fan kept it short and added: “Now let’s use the lad.”
When could Ollie Bostock make his debut for West Brom?
His recent displays have been enough to catch the eye of Mason, netting a solid strike during the Baggies’ pre-season opener against Port Vale.
- Bostock was named on the bench during West Brom’s 1-0 win over Stoke
- The attacking midfielder has netted seven goals and provided four assists as a youth player
Mason calling him up during pre-season and in the Championship indicates he sees potential in Bostock. As a result, it would not be surprising to see him make his senior debut in the next couple of games.
Bostock could get minutes when West Brom take on Derby County on 13 September, although it is more likely that he will have to bide his time.
With Mason hoping to guide West Brom to Premier League promotion this season, there will be plenty of opportunities for the youngster throughout the year.
