Andrew Nestor reacts after new West Brom announcement at The Hawthorns
West Brom have ushered in a new era under Shilen Patel and Andrew Nestor at The Hawthorns.
Ryan Mason is aiming for Premier League promotion this season as the Baggies sit fourth in the Championship table.
The Albion face Millwall at The Den on 4 October in the league after beating Norwich City in their previous fixture.
Nestor was recently appointed president at The Hawthorns, and he’s continuing his work to build a successful team in B71.

Alex Williams signs contract extension at West Brom
Alex Williams has signed a contract extension at the Baggies until 2028.
The Albion officially announced the 20-year-old had secured his future at The Hawthorns after making his first-team debut against Derby County in the Carabao Cup in August.
With the right-back also featuring against Stoke City in the league before picking up an injury with Wales Under-21, it looks like Mason has high hopes for the academy graduate.
Nestor took to X on 3 October and reacted with a blue and white circle to the news of Williams signing a new deal at the Black Country outfit.

Nestor also gave his thoughts on the contract extension, saying: “This new contract for Alex underlines the good work he has put in to progress through our academy, going on to earn first team minutes this season.”
Alfie Gilchrist should start vs Millwall
Mason should start Alfie Gilchrist against Millwall and hand the former Chelsea youngster his debut at the Baggies.
With George Campbell playing the majority of minutes at right-back this season, the trip to the Den feels like the right time to make changes at the Albion.
- The Baggies are four points behind table-toppers Middlesbrough.
- The Albion have scored just nine goals in eight league games.
- The Black Country outfit drew 19 games last season, something Mason needs to improve on.
Having travelled to Carrow Road on 1 October, the players will undoubtedly be a bit knackered having to play their next fixture in South East London.
West Brom will have a challenging game against Millwall, but Mason has enough quality in his squad to get another three points in the Championship.
