Manchester United may now recall Toby Collyer as West Brom injury update drops
Toby Collyer could return to Manchester United for injury recovery while on loan at West Brom.
Collyer has impressed at West Brom so far this season, despite the early struggles under Ryan Mason as head coach.
The 21-year-old has since faced a blow to his stint at The Hawthorns, with Collyer picking up an injury with West Brom in October.
The midfielder missed out as West Brom fell to defeat against Watford and has gone on to miss the Baggies’ last three outings.
Collyer could now be on his way back to Old Trafford for rehabilitation, but that could depend on the existing relationship in the Black Country.

Manchester United could bring Toby Collyer back from West Brom
Ruben Amorim recently namedropped Collyer at Man United, proving that the talent is held in high esteem at the Theatre of Dreams.
The Englishman has accrued similarly positive reviews in B71, with supporters constantly demanding to see more of the loanee.
That was brought to an end when the youngster suffered an injury blow against Preston and has been on the sidelines ever since.
Injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar has suggested that Manchester United could bring Collyer back to Carrington to assess his injury if the communication with Albion isn’t up to scratch.
Speaking exclusively to West Brom News, Dr Brar said: “Whether United want him back for their own testing often depends on their relationship and trust with West Brom.
“If they aren’t in communication with that medical team or feel like he has been mishandled, then they might bring him back in for their own plan of care.“
West Brom need Collyer back as soon as possible
The Baggies require a lift right now after what has been a shocking run of form in the Championship.
Going without Collyer has played a role in this downturn as West Brom have failed to win a single game since his layoff began.
Sending him back to Manchester United for his recovery could prove wise and help build further relations with the Red Devils.

The Midlands outfit will then be waiting and ready to welcome the loan star back to The Hawthorns when he returns to full match fitness.
