Ryan Mason sack odds shift at West Brom as another Championship casualty confirmed
Ryan Mason is still at risk of facing the sack at West Brom.
Mason is coming under pressure at West Brom after a hugely frustrating first half of the season at The Hawthorns.
The Englishman looked to have changed the tide after West Brom secured a 2-0 win over Sheffield United in a hugely positive three points in B71.
That was quickly dashed when West Brom fell to away defeat against Hull City and cemented their 16th place standing for Christmas Day.
Mason could soon face the sack, something which may have taken a step closer after Gary Rowett was let go by Oxford United.

Ryan Mason could follow Gary Rowett in sack race
The Baggies are yet to see a consistent spell of wins this campaign, and that could ultimately end with Mason being sacked by West Brom.
It was a similar story for Oxford United, who had failed to win back-to-back games so far this season across all competitions.

The U’s last win came against Ipswich Town in November, but a run of three defeats and a draw from the next three was enough to trigger a change at the Kassam Stadium.
Oxford United confirmed Rowett’s sacking on 23 December as they brought his year-long tenure to an end ahead of the festive period.
That has seen Mason rise up the sack race odds to second, sitting narrowly behind Birmingham City’s Chris Davies, who comes in at 5/4 to lose his job next.
The Baggies boss sits at odds of 11/4 to be sacked, dropping from 3/1 after just 24 hours, pointing towards a potential change being in the pipeline.
West Brom have Mason call to make in January
Shilen Patel and Co. have a big call to make in the coming weeks over who they see being the man to lead the Albion forward.
Mason is seen as a project coach, but that sentiment will only take him so far if results continue to watch West Brom even further down the second-tier table.
The January window could represent a turning point for the Baggies, but it could depend on whether the manager keeps his job beyond the winter.
