Toby Collyer primed for Championship return just weeks after West Brom exit
Toby Collyer could be set to return to the Championship, a fortnight after he left West Brom.
Collyer was recalled from his loan spell with West Brom, as Manchester United cut his spell at The Hawthorns short.
Collyer featured 12 times in the Championship for the Baggies, last playing in the 1-1 draw with Birmingham on 26 November.
The 22-year-old never fully got going with Albion, but he may have a chance to redeem himself with another second-tier club in the near future.

Which Championship rival wants ex-West Brom ace Toby Collyer?
West Brom are expected to enter the market to replace Collyer, but they may be reunited with him in the near future.
Daily Mail journalist Nathan Salt reported on 9 January that Hull City want to take the Red Devils gem on loan.
He stated that the Tigers missed out to the Throstles in the summer and are hopeful that they can secure Collyer’s services this time.
Why West Brom fans will dread Collyer Championship return
It is inevitable that the Old Trafford youngster becomes one of the best players in the division, if he comes back, isn’t it?
He never really hit the ground running under Ryan Mason, with injuries and competition in the squad from Alex Mowatt and Jayson Molumby not helping his chances of securing a regular first-team spot.
If he returns to the second tier, he will likely emerge as a superstar at the level, leaving Albion wondering where that was when he was with them in the first half of the campaign.
Many supporters may be left saying “Albion that”, which is a line typically associated with things going wrong for the Baggies.
If he does sign for Hull, he will return to the West Midlands on 14 March, and potentially give fans a sign of what they missed after he returned to his parent club.
It was a shame that it did not work out for either party, but knowing the B71 club’s luck, it will come back to haunt them, and he will take the league by storm.
