Reyes Cleary reacts as West Brom agree late-January signing
Reyes Cleary is clearly still following what West Brom are doing, despite leaving seven months ago.
Cleary has gone on to star for Barnsley, after making just seven first-team appearances for the Baggies, earning significant hype.
He gained a national reputation after his showing against Liverpool in the Tykes’ 4-1 loss at Anfield in the FA Cup earlier this month.
It appears that he is still keeping an eye on developments with The Hawthorns outfit though, after his latest social media activity.
West Brom announce Danny Imray addition
West Brom announced the signing of Danny Imray, on loan for the rest of the season from Crystal Palace.
The Baggies took to Instagram on 30 January to confirm the deal, saying: “We’re delighted to announce the signing of Danny Imray on loan from Crystal Palace for the remainder of the season!
“Welcome to the Albion, Danny!”
Cleary reacted by liking the post, alongside current Albion stars Karlan Grant and Alfie Gilchrist.
Who is Imray and what does it mean for West Brom
Imray is a 22-year-old right-wing back who came through at Ilford, Billericay Town and Chelmsford City, before signing for Palace in 2021.
He has spent time with Chelmsford, Bromley and Blackpool on loan, and impressed in League One with the Tangerines in the first half of the campaign.
He played 13 times for the Bloomfield Road side, with two goals and two assists in 941 league minutes, a solid return, that should bode well for his time in the Black Country.

Ultimately, it means that Ramsay finally has a proper player for the position and will not have to rely on the likes of Isaac Price or Mikey Johnston in the role, who have looked out of place in recent weeks.
He offers lightning pace, and should give Eric Ramsay a key weapon when it comes to the counter-attack as a result, which will only benefit the Baggies.
It should also allow Price and Johnston to revert back to their typical attacking positions, rather than being shoehorned into an unfamiliar position, and return to their magical ways.
Ramsay may finally be able to get the best out of the squad at his disposal after a disappointing start, and steer the club back away from the relegation battle, which they have been dragged into.
Wing-backs were critical to his success in America, and it could be the same in the second-tier of English football.
