West Brom fans to put ‘season ticket in the bin’ as another Aston Villa loan planned
West Brom could loan another player from Aston Villa before the transfer window closes.
Samuel Iling-Junior has not impressed at West Brom, since joining on a season-long deal from the Villans in the summer.
The 22-year-old has scored one and not provided an assist in 23 Championship matches, and look set to go down as a complete failure at The Hawthorns.
Despite that, the Baggies are trying to secure another of Unai Emery‘s talents before the 2 February deadline strikes.

Which Aston Villa star do West Brom want?
West Brom are likely to be restricted to loans to bolster their squad, with Profit and Sustainability regulations still causing concern for the club.
A report from talkWBA on 29 January claims that the Baggies want to sign 19-year-old Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba.
It states that initial discussions have taken place with Albion looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the second half of the season.
West Brom fans fume over Jimoh-Aloba claim
Baggies supporters are livid with the idea of taking another Villans player on a temporary basis.
Some do not like it because Iling-Junior has not worked out so far, and they feel like Jimoh-Aloba would have a similar lack of impact.
Others cannot stand it as it would be helping their local rivals to develop a player that was originally on Albion’s books, before he left for Villa Park.
One supporter took to X, saying: “What is it with these Villa players on loan. Be as good as Junior, crap.”
Another was also against the potential deal, saying: “Should not be doing business with them at all.”
One fan said: “If he’s the one who we sold. No.”
Unfortunately, the reality for the Black Country side right now is that they need to loan players in, rather than look further afield for better players.
They need bodies to help them get out of the relegation battle, and Jimoh-Aloba should help, regardless of the supporters’ misgivings about the move.
Jimoh-aloba could end up proving them wrong, and being a key piece, if Ramsay’s side are to avoid the drop down to League One.
Ultimately, the club cannot spend much due to the previous ownership still hampering them, so they need loans like this to survive in the second-tier; it is as simple as that.
If the player had no association with the B6 outfit, there would not be comparisons with Iling-Junior.
