West Brom chiefs propose changes at The Hawthorns amid ‘significant’ concerns
It has been a dismal season for West Brom up until now, with the atmosphere for games at The Hawthorns reflecting that.
The Baggies are now locked in a race for Championship survival, after failing to win any of their last five matches since Eric Ramsay’s arrival.
West Brom played out a 0-0 draw with Stoke at the weekend, leaving them a point above the drop zone.
West Brom make the short trip to face Birmingham City on Tuesday, before welcoming Coventry to The Hawthorns for their next league fixture later this month – a strong haul of points will be needed to drag the club away from the bottom three.
With huge improvements needed on the pitch, West Brom have been working with their recently established Fan Advisory Board (FAB) to discuss matters away from the pitch, and one big promise has been made.

West Brom acknowledge concession ticket ‘misuse’ at fan meeting
In the recent FAB meeting, West Brom have acknowledged what they described as “significant” misuse of concession tickets – outlining plans to introduce a stricter enforcement approach.
The run-down of the FAB meeting was published via the club’s website on Monday afternoon.
“The club confirmed significant misuse of concession tickets and outlined a proposed enforcement approach using designated turnstile lanes, in-app upgrades, and graduated sanctions,” read the post-meeting statement.
The club stressed that the rollout of these measures is subject to technical readiness, and that the safeguarding of disabled supporters remains a priority.
Baggies fans will be informed before the implementation of any changes, and it was confirmed that the FAB support the proposed approach.
Season tickets for the 2026-27 term were also discussed, with prices presented to the group. It is said that prices will remain in line with recent seasons, while a direct debit option will be available.
When was West Brom’s most recent away win?
The current term has been an incredibly difficult one for Baggies fans to endure.
West Brom have won nine matches, with just three of these coming away from home. To make matters worse, the Black Country outfit are without an away win since beating Norwich 1-0 in October.

The simple fact of the matter is that whenever West Brom find themselves in the Championship, the expectation is to be among the promotion contenders.
Relegation to League One would be a disaster for a club and fanbase with lofty ambitions.
The Baggies simply cannot fall any further – turning their season around, and moving on over the summer is simply imperative.
