Karlan Grant shares two-word message after West Brom injury latest
Karlan Grant remains out of action for West Brom.
Eric Ramsay was appointed and sacked while the winger was injured, with the Baggies in desperate need of his return at The Hawthorns already.
West Brom currently sit one point above the bottom three, as the very realistic scenario of relegation looms larger with each passing week.
Oxford United are next up for The Albion on Saturday, with defeat unthinkable at the Kassam Stadium.
Grant has even shared a throwback ahead of the fixture, with his desperation to return and help his teammates clearly growing.

Karlan Grant sends message while injury recovery continues at West Brom
Grant underwent surgery at the beginning of February, and was scheduled in to miss around three months of action.
That could mean he returns before the end of the season, and he is desperately needed.
Ahead of the fixture at Oxford, Grant reshared footage of his goal at the Kassam last season, sending a two-word message alongside it as he recovers.
“Missing it,” he wrote.
Mikey Johnston has carried a lot of responsibility on his shoulders since the latest injury blow, despite Ramsay keeping him in and out of the side.

How could James Morrison line up?
Morrison actually took charge of West Brom after Ryan Mason was sacked in the FA Cup third round victory against Swansea.
The Baggies went more traditional in that one, with Morrison selecting two strikers and two attacking players behind them.
With Ousmane Diakite and Callum Styles holding in South Wales, that front four was allowed much more freedom, something Grant would love.

No matter how Morrison plays, he simply has to make sure that West Brom pick up three huge points against Oxford.
Ramsay failed to pick up a single victory in his eight games in charge, and if that happens, relegation looks more likely with each passing week.
Darren Moore could join Morrison at The Hawthorns soon, which could help the cause of simply staying afloat in the Championship.
Grant will also help with that, but it is still some time before he is back to his very best and full fitness.
