West Brom in line to benefit as Michael Parker lined up for top-flight transfer
West Bromwich Albion could profit from Michael Parker, less than a year on from his exit from The Hawthorns.
The Baggies will be looking to invest this summer, and any incoming transfer fees will certainly be welcome towards that.
With several players having already had their departures confirmed after their contracts expire, that will help, while other big sales could generate the funds needed for a mini rebuild.
However, West Brom will also be seeking other means to generate the money needed to add more quality to their squad.
And as per the latest transfer update on former youth star Parker, they could reap the rewards.

Michael Parker eyed by several European clubs
Parker only spent a year with West Brom between 2024 and 2025, before deciding his future was to be away from The Hawthorns after failing to make a single senior appearance for the Baggies.
The defender joined Orgryte officially in February after a successful trial period, where he has since made 13 appearances, including 10 in the Allsvenskan.
However, his stay there could be just as short, with Rudy Galletti reporting via X that several European clubs are considering a move for the 21-year-old.

Sunderland, Brentford and Newcastle are the three Premier League sides mooted with an interest, while there is also believed to be some from abroad.
Do West Brom have a sell-on clause?
Fortunately for Albion on this occasion, they will actually benefit from his exit.
That is because a report from Goteborgs-Posten states that West Brom included a sell-on clause in the deal that took him to Sweden.
The exact value of the clause is unknown, as is the expected fee for his exit should he depart for one of the interested clubs, though Albion can expect a fairly healthy windfall if a transfer were to happen this summer.
